Why join us on the Hawking?  

 

• As part of the Hawking you will be part of a community that prides itself on welcoming everyone to our midst, whether you are an old fan at Star Trek fandom, or have just discovered it for this first time, all are welcome here. 

• We have a new book club on goodreads for our members.    

• You get out what you put in.    If you just want the occasional natter about Star Trek in all of its forms, that’s totally cool.   On the other hand, if you are interested in costuming, conventions, events, we can point you in the direction of some good ones.  

• This is a hobby, and I like to think that we can have a laugh and a joke, while avoiding bickering and arguments that can plague some groups.
